Step 7: From the open window select the file and click “OK” then click on “Finish” to split a PST file into smaller parts.

Method 3: Use Move to Folder Option

Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook, from the “Home” tab select “New Items” and then click on “More Items” and then “Outlook File”.

Step 2: Select new data file and click “OK”.

Step 3: Open an Outlook data file and expand the file that you need to copy to the mailbox items.

Step 4: Choose any specific mailbox and then click on the “Move” tab and select “Copy Folder” option. After that click “OK”.
